Features
These machines work means rotary vane pump with air regulating valve.
Adjustable refrigeration (during setup) until the draw-off. The removable container of the liquid cream is indirectly cooled.
Digital controls.
The production can be suspended anytime . The remaning liquid cream will be preserved in the cream container placed in a refrigerator.
The Top Level cream whippers of Telme keep the liquid cream in perfect conditions and do not separate fat from water.
The removable container facilitates washing and sanitizing for the best possible hygiene. The pumps are rinsed through without requiring daily disassembly.
